Ginger Snaps
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Light Molasses
1 Egg
2 Cups Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Ginger
1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
Sugar
DIRECTIONS:
"Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients. Roll into 1/2"" balls. Roll balls in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. "
