Chocolate Buttermilk Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Tablespoon Cocoa
1/2 Cup Water
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Cup Butter
3 Tablespoons Cocoa
3 Tablespoons Buttermilk
1/2 Box Powdered Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and soda. Set aside. Bring butter, cocoa, and water to boil. Add egg, buttermilk, and vanilla. Beat with spoon until mixed. Pour into cookie sheet with sides and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Bring to boil butter and cocoa. Remove from heat and add buttermilk, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Beat well and spread on cake.
