Calico Rice

INGREDIENTS:
1 Medium Green Pepper
1 Medium Red Pepper
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3 Cups Hot Cooked Rice
DIRECTIONS:
Saute peppers in butter until tender for 8-10 minutes in a skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle with salt. Toss with cooked rice.
