Red Velvet Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

16.5 Ounce Tube Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
1/4 Cup Hersheys Cocoa
1 Tablespoon Red Food Color
1/4 to 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Set out tube of sugar cookie dough to come to room temperature. Combine dough, cocoa, red food color and white chocolate chips until well mixed.

Roll dough into balls, one tablespoonful per cookie. Place cookies 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 14 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing to cooling rack.
