Garden Pesto Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS:
8 Ounces Rotini
1/2 Cucumber, Peeled And Diced
1 Cup Grape Tomatoes, Halved
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
1/4 Cup Celery, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Red Onion, Finely Chopped
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Prepared Pesto
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Cook rotini in boiling water following package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside to cool.
Toss the pasta with the cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, celery, and onion.
Combine the mayonnaise, pesto, pepper, and salt. Combine with the pasta and stir gently until blended. Taste and add more salt as needed.
