Caprese Skewers

INGREDIENTS:
12 Grape Tomatoes, Lengthwise
24 Fresh Mozzarella Balls, Small, Roughly 3/4 Inch In Diameter
8 Wooden Skewers, 4-1/2 Inches Long
6 Basil Leaves, Cut Chiffonade
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Balsamic Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Alternate three mozzarella balls and three grape tomato halves (cut side facing in) onto each skewer beginning with a mozzarella ball and ending with a grape tomato half. Arrange skewers on serving platter. Season lightly with freshly cracked pepper. Drizzle lightly with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Garnish with basil chiffonade.
