Faux Boursin
INGREDIENTS:
16 Ounces Neufachtel, Room Temperature
8 Ounces Butter
3 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1/3 Teaspoon Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Basil
1/4 Teaspoon Marjoram
1/4 Teaspoon Dill Weed
DIRECTIONS:
Mince garlic finely in food processor. Add neufachtel, butter, pepper and herbs. Process until smooth. Serve with crackers.
