Baked Chicken Wings
INGREDIENTS:
4 Pounds Chicken Wings
1/3 Cup Butter
4 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
1 Teaspoon Paprika
DIRECTIONS:
Cut wings between the joints. Discard the tips.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and pat dry chicken wings.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in garlic and saute until golden. Stir in thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss wings with butter and seasoning mixture to coat.
Place chicken wings on baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes. Turn and bake 25 more minutes.
