Cuban Style Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
1/3 Cup Fresh Oregano Leaves, Coarsely Chopped
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
4 Pork Chops
Salt
Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Whisk together orange juice, lime juice, oregano, garlic, cumin and canola oil. Add pork. Cover and let marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Heat the grill to high.

Remove the pork from the marinade and pat dry. Place the chops on a flat surface and season with salt and pepper.

Brush chops with oil and and grill until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip the chops over and continue grilling until the bottom is golden brown , 2 to 3 minutes longer.
