Cheesecake Bars


INGREDIENTS:

Crust:
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
Filling:
24 Ounces Cream Cheese
6 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Topping:
1 Pint Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Melt butter and combine with graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press into 13 x 9 pan.

Beat filling ingredients together until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 1 hour.

Beat topping ingredients together until smooth. Pour over cheesecake. Bake 10 more minutes.
