Roast Loin Of Pork On Rotisserie

INGREDIENTS:
3-4 Pounds Boneless Pork Loin
4 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary, Crushed
1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 Teaspoon Tabasco
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
Black Pepper, To Taste
DIRECTIONS:
Rub the pork on all sides with the garlic, rosemary and parsley. Thread the meat onto the rotisserie and set in place. Put a drip pan beneath. Cook approximately 25 minutes per pound.
Mix butter, lemon juice, worcestershire, tabasco, paprika and pepper. Halfway through begin brushing the pork every 10-15 minutes with the pork baste.
