INGREDIENTS:

2 Pounds Flank Steak
8 Ounces Provolone Cheese
1/2 Pound Salami
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

"Slice flank steak almost all the way through horizontally so that it forms a big ""pocket."" Start alternating layers of provolone cheese and hard salami or sandwich pepperoni inside the pocket. Sprinkle with a little garlic powder or salt and pepper. Cook in roaster oven on low with a little bit of water and let cook all day.
