Italian Sausage


INGREDIENTS:

1 Pound Pork Butt
1/8 Teaspoon Anise Seed
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
1/8 Teaspoon Thyme
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1/4 Teaspoon Fennel Seed
Pinch Coriander

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients. Brown and crumble sausage and use as pizza topping, in pasta sauces, or as a substitute in any recipe calling for bulk Italian sausage.
