Ham Loaf

INGREDIENTS:

16 Ounces Ground Ham
8 Ounces Ground Pork
2 Eggs
2 Slices Low Carb Bread, Processed Into Soft Bread Crumbs
3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Sugar Twin
4 Teaspoons Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Mix ham, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, 1/4 C. of the brown sugar, 2 t. of the mustard and the pepper. Spread ham mixture in ungreased loaf pan. Mix remaining brown sugar and mustard; spread over ham mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until done, about 1-1/2 hours.
