INGREDIENTS:
1 Envelope Knox Unflavored Gelatin
1 Cup Boiling Water
16 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Splenda
DIRECTIONS:
Dissolve gelatin with boiling water in mixer bowl. Add cream cheese to dissolved gelatin and mix. Add vanilla and sweetener. Mix until smooth. Pour into custard cups. Chill until firm.
