Fluffy French Toast

INGREDIENTS:
2 Table- + 2 Teaspoons Flour
1-1/2 Teaspoons Splenda
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
1/3 Cup Water
2 Eggs
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
8 Slices Low Carb Bread
1 Teaspoon Butter
DIRECTIONS:
Beat flour, Splenda, salt, milk, eggs and vanilla with hand beater until smooth. Soak bread in egg mixture until saturated.
Heat butter on griddle until melted. Cook bread until golden brown, about 12 minutes on each side.
