Quick Cheese Grits

INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Quick Grits, Uncooked
4 Ounces Velveeta Light
Dash Garlic Powder
Paprika
DIRECTIONS:
Bring water to a boil; slowly stir in grits. Reduce heat; simmer 3- 4 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and garlic powder; continue cooking until cheese if melted, about 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
