Shrimp Fettucini

INGREDIENTS:

1 Pound Large Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
1 Clove Garlic, Mashed
1 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Stalk Celery, Finely Chopped
1/2 Medium Bell Pepper
6 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Flour
3/4 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
1/4 Cup Half And Half
1/4 Pound Velveeta
1/4 Pound Dreamfield Pasta
3 Ounces Parmesan
Salt
Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in the butter. Add flour. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes. Add parsley and cook the shrimp for 15 minutes, stirring often. Add the half and half, garlic, salt, pepper and half the Velveeta cut into cubes and cook for 30 minutes. Add cooked noodles. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with parmesan cheese and the other half of the Velveeta cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
