Scarborough Fair Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS:

"4 Pork Loin Chops, 3/4"" Thick"
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 Tablespoon Sage
1 Tablespoon Rosemary
1 Tablespoon Thyme
1 Cup Italian Dressing

DIRECTIONS:

Place chops in resealable plastic bag. Add dressing and herbs; seal and refrigerate 8 to 24 hours. Remove chops for marinade; discard marinade. Grill chops over medium high heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

This recipe calculates out the 7g carbs and 1g fiber, but most of that is marinade that is discarded. I counted it into my daily menu as 1g, but I doubt that it was even that much.
