Hot And Sour Soup

INGREDIENTS:
10.75 Ounces Condensed Chicken Broth
21.5 Ounces Water
4 Ounces Canned Sliced Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
1 Egg, Beaten
2 Green Onions, Chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Combine chicken broth, water, mushrooms, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, and tabasco in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly, until slighly thickened. Gradually pour egg into boiling soup, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in green onions. Per Serving: 7 g Carb; 1 g Fiber
