Turkey Chili

INGREDIENTS:
2 Pounds Red Or Kidney Beans
1 Pound Ground Turkey
1 Large Onion, Sliced
1 Green Pepper, Chopped
2 Pounds Canned Tomatoes
8 Ounces Tomato Sauce
15 Ounces Herbed Tomato Sauce
1-1/2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1-1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Bay Leaf
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Ounces Spaghetti
DIRECTIONS:
Brown ground turkey with onion and green pepper. Drain beans. Add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1-1/2 hours. If chili gets too thick, thin with V-8 or tomato juice. Add baking soda and uncooked spaghetti and simmer until spaghetti is tender, about 1-1/2 hours. (Chili freezes beautifully, but should be frozen before adding spaghetti. )
