Sloppy Toms

INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Onion, Chopped
1/3 Cup Celery, Chopped
1/3 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
1/3 Cup Catsup
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 Teaspoon Tabasco
1 Teaspoon Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Cook and stir turkey and onion in 10-inch skillet until turkey is light brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except buns. Cover and cook over low heat just until vegetables are tender 10 to 15 minutes. Fill buns with turkey mixture.
