Cold Corn Salad
INGREDIENTS:
16 Ounces Frozen Whole Kernel Corn, Almost Thawed
6 Slices Bacon, Crispy And Crumbled
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped
3 Green Onions, Chopped
1 Cup Cojack Cheese, Grated
8 Ounces Ranch Dressing
DIRECTIONS:
In large mixing bowl combine all chopped vegetables with corn. Stir in enough dressing to coat vegetables well. Then stir in grated cheese and crumble bacon on top.
