Chinese Spinach Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound Fresh Spinach
3/4 Cup Bean Sprouts
1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/2 Pound Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup Peanut Oil
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
1/4 Cup Vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
Tear spinach into bite-size pieces. Toss with sprouts, water chestnuts, eggs, bacon, and onion. Beat together oil, sugar, Worcestershire and vinegar. Pour over vegetables.
