Blue Cheese Walnut Salad

INGREDIENTS:

20 Ounces European Mixed Salad Greens
1 Cup Walnuts, Toasted And Chopped
1 Medium Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
4 Ounces Blue Cheese, Crumbled
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Sour Cream

DIRECTIONS:

Toss salad greens, walnuts, onion and blue cheese in large bowl; set aside.

Mix mustard and vinegar with wire whisk until well blended. Whisk in oil and sour cream.

Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly. Serve immediately.
