Egg Salad


INGREDIENTS:

4 Eggs, Hard Boiled And Chopped
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
4 Slices Bacon, Fried And Crumbled

DIRECTIONS:

Mix eggs, mayonnaise, 2 t. vinegar, mustard, and 1/4 t. salt. Add crumbled bacon. Cover and refrigerate.
