Turkey Schnitzel

INGREDIENTS:

3/8 Cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
3/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
3/8 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Teaspoon Pepper
3/8 Cup Egg Beaters
1.5 Tablespoons Water
13 Ounces Turkey Breast Slices, (6 Cutlets)
3/8 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Canola Oil

DIRECTIONS:

In a shallow bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In another shallow bowl, beat egg and water. Dip turkey slices in lemon juice and the egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. In a skillet, cook turkey in oil until browned on both sides and jucies run clear.
