Oven Barbecued Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
12 Loin Pork Chops
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
6 Ounces Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
6 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
1/4 Cup Water
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Saute pork chops until lightly browned. Remove chops from skillet. Place in baking dish in single layer. Set aside.
Add onion and garlic to skillet. Cook on medium heat until soft. Stir in rest of ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes.
Pour sauce over chops. Turn to coat. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until chops are tender.
