Creamy Two-Cheese Seafood Pasta

INGREDIENTS:
8 Ounces Imitation Crab Meat
7 Ounces Pasta
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano, Crushed
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tomato, Chopped
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Green Onions, Sliced
1/2 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan
Dash Truffle Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
While pasta is cooking, cook garlic and oregano in butter in saucepan, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Add tomato; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tomato is cooked through. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
Place hot cooked pasta on serving plate; top with sauce.
