Ham And Squirrel In Wine

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Pound Ham Slice, Diced And Browned
2 Squirrels, Cut Into Pieces
Flour
Salt And Pepper, To Taste
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Cup Dry White Wine
1/2 Tablespoon Marjoram
1/2 Tablespoon Rosemary
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Dash Tabasco
1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire

DIRECTIONS:

Brown the ham pieces until crispy or cook and crush bacon. Shake the squirrel pieces in flour, salt, and pepper and saute until brown in butter and oil, turning often for about 12 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and cook over fast simmer for 20 minutes more.
