Spicy Crab Cakes

INGREDIENTS:

8 Ounces Surimi Crab Meat
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
3/4 Cup Green Onions, Sliced
1 Teaspoon Coriander
3/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
3 Tablespoons Flour
2 Tablespoons Canola Oil

DIRECTIONS:

"In medium bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Let stand 30 minutes. Shape into 6 equal patties. On wax paper, dredge each crab cake in flour, coating lightly. Heat oil in 12"" nonstick skillet over medium- high heat. Cook crab cakes 5 minutes on each side until browned. Serve with lemon wedges. "
