Quick Crab And Rice

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 Tablespoon Butter, Softened
3 Cups Imitation Crab Meat
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Can Cream Of Shrimp Soup
1 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Cups Hot Cooked Rice
DIRECTIONS:
Toss bread crumbs with 1 T. butter. Heat crab in 1/4 C. butter until hot. Stir in soup, milk, and lemon juice. Heat, stirring frequently, until hot. Serve over hot rice; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
