Mexicali Beef Potato Topper

INGREDIENTS:

1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 Cup Salsa
4 Baked Potatoes, Split
Sour Cream

DIRECTIONS:

In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Add soup and salsa. Reduce heat to low and heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over potatoes. Top with sour cream and olives.
