INGREDIENTS:

1-1/2 Pounds Flank Steak
3/4 Cup Rose Wine
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Rosemary
1 Onion, Sliced

DIRECTIONS:

"Combine wine, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and onion. Marinate steak in mixture for 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator, turning meat several times. Preheat oven to broil for 10 minutes. Broil 4"" away from flame, 5-1/2 minutes on each side, or grill on medium-high grill for 6 minutes on each side. "
