Mocha Angel Trifle

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee
3/4 Cup Milk
14 Ounces Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Package Instant Chocolate Pudding, 4 Serving Size Package
4 Ounces Cool Whip
6 Cups Angel Food Cake, Cut Into Cubes

DIRECTIONS:

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve instant coffee in milk. Add Eagle Brand and pudding mix. With mixer, beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Fold in half of the whipped topping.

In a 2 quart clear glass bowl, layer one third of the cake cubes and one third of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers two more times. Spoon or pipe remaining topping over trifle. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
