INGREDIENTS:
2-3/4 Cups Flour
2-1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Butter
1-3/4 Cups Sugar
1-1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Package Instant Pistacchio Pudding, 4 Serving Size Package
4 Eggs
1 Cup Hot Water
1 Cup Canola Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Melt margarine. Stir in sugar. Blend in flour, baking powder and vanilla. To this mixture add pudding, eggs, hot water, vegetable oil, and beat for 4 minutes. Pour batter into 2-3 greased and sugared loaf pans. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hours at 350 degrees F. or until tests done.
