Strawberry Cream Pie

INGREDIENTS:
1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
1 Pint Strawberries
8 Ounces Sour Cream
8 Ounces Cool Whip
1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding, 4 Serving Size Package
1/4 Cup Milk
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare pie crust according to package instructions.
Hull and slice the strawberries--save one nice one for garnish.
Mix all ingredients except strawberries in a medium mixing bowl until smooth. Spoon half of the misture into crust. Arrange strawberries in a layer on top and press down slighly with your hand. Top with remaining mixture.
For garnish, make several slices on the strawberry you reserved, starting from the bottom of the berry and stopping just before the stem. Fan out the slices and place on the pie.
