Chocolate Macaroons


INGREDIENTS:

2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted And Cooled
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2-2/3 Cups Coconut
4 Ounces German Sweet Chocolate, Melted And Cooled
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

Beat eggs until foamy. Slowly add sugar. Beat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in butter, vanilla, and coconut. Fold in chocolate. Bake on greased and floured sheet at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
