Mexican Wedding Cakes


INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Sugar
2-1/2 Cups Flour, Sifted
1 Cup Pecans, Chopped
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
Powdered Sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add flour, pecans, and vanilla. Roll into balls as large as pecans. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
