Spiced Pecans


INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Sugar
5 Tablespoons Water
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Pecan Halves

DIRECTIONS:

Stir together sugar, water, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from fire. Dump in the pecans. Stir until stiff and cloudy. Drop individually on waxed paper.
