My Coffee Fudge


INGREDIENTS:

3 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Butter
2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee
12 Ounces Chocolate Chips
6-1/2 Ounces Marshmallow Creme
1 Cup Pecans, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Stir together butter, sugar, milk, and instant coffee; bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix until well blended. Pour into buttered pan. Cool. Cut.
