Caramel Pretzel Bark with Himalayan Sea Salt

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Bag Pretzel Mini Twists
12 Ounces Chocolate Chips
Himalayan Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, cover with pretzels.

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the brown sugar when the butter begins to bubble. Cook, stirring occasionally until the brown sugar is completely incorporated and the caramel is brown, roughly 4-5 minutes. NOTE: Do not allow the mixture to boil.

Pour caramel sauce evenly over pretzels using a spatula to help spread it evenly. Bake for 5 minutes.

Remove the sheet from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the pretzels and caramel. Return to oven for no more than 1 minute. Remove from oven and spread chocolate evenly over the top. Sprinkle with Himalayan sea salt and refrigerate for at least one hour before breaking into bark pieces.
