Chicken Bombs

INGREDIENTS:

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 Jalapenos, Sliced in Half Lengthwise and Seeded
16 Slices Bacon
4 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 Cup My Sweet Barbecue Sauce

DIRECTIONS:

Slice chicken breasts in half. Place between waxed paper and pound until 1/4 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the two cheese together and smear 1/8 of the cheese into each jalapeno half. Place the pepper on at one the chicken breast and wrap it up. Wrap each chicken breast completely with two pieces of bacon and secure with toothpicks.

Cook on a preheated 350 egree grill over indirect heat for 30 minutes. Turn every 5 minutes and baste with barbecue sauce the last 2 turns.
