Fried Rice

4 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

3 Cups Cooked Rice, Chilled
2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
2/3 Cup Minced Carrots
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1/2 Cup Frozen Green Peas
2 Eggs
Sesame Oil, To Taste
Soy Sauce, To Taste

DIRECTIONS:

Heat wok over high heat. Add peanut oil, then stir in carrots, onions and peas. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add eggs, stirring quickly to scramble eggs with vegetables. Stir in cold rice. Drizzle in sesame oil and add soy sauce. Stir fry until rice is thoroughly heated.
