Spinach And Strawberry Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

10-12 Ounces Baby Leaf Spinach
Strawberries, Hulled And Quartered
Sliced Almonds, Toasted
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise With Olive Oil
1/4 Cup 2% Milk
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Tablespoons Distilled White Vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds

DIRECTIONS:

Make the Poppy Seed Dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, milk, sugar, vinegar and poppy seeds. Chill until ready to use. Divide spinach between 4 salad bowls. Add quartered strawberries and toasted, sliced almonds. Dress with Poppy Seed Dressing just before serving.
