Tortilla Chips

INGREDIENTS:

Corn Tortillas
Olive Oil
Salt, To Taste

DIRECTIONS:

The amount you use depends on the amount you want.

Cut corn tortillas in fourths, sixths, or eighths, depending on the size of the tortillas and the size of the chips that you want. Put the tortilla wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until chips are a nice golden brown and edges begin to curl. Salt, to taste, immediately after pulling from oven.
