Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

INGREDIENTS:

15 Ounces Canned Chickpeas, Drained
1/3 Cup Tahini
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Roasted Red Peppers
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

DIRECTIONS:

Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and garlic in food processor. Process until smooth. Add roasted red peppers and salt. Process until red peppers are finally chopped. Transfer hummus to a small bowl. Garnish with additional finely chopped roasted red peppers and a sprig of parsley. Serve with cut up pita bread.
