INGREDIENTS:

3 Cups Corn Kernels
4 Ounces Bacon
1 Cup Chopped Green Onion
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Cup Chopped Tomato

DIRECTIONS:

Cook the bacon in a large saucepan until crisp. Remove bacon, drain, crumble and set aside.

Add the corn and the remaining ingredients to the bacon drippings and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle with the reserved bacon and serve.
