Broccoli Ham Ring

INGREDIENTS:

2 Tubes Crescent Rolls
1-1/2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
6 Ounces Smoked Ham, Cubed
2 Cups Fresh Broccoli, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

DIRECTIONS:

Unroll crescent roll dough and place triangles on a 12-inch pizza pan, forming a ring with pointed ends facing outer edge of pan and wide ends overlapping. Lightly press wide ends together. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; spoon over wide ends of rolls. Fold points over filling and tuck under wide ends (filling will be visible). Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: The picture on this page depicts a half recipe. I didn’t need 6 servings, so I cut the recipe in half and it worked just fine. Also, this looks like it would seriously fall apart when you serve it, but it doesn’t. It holds together nicely.
