Smokin Grilled Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

1 Pound Pizza Dough
Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Garlic Sauce
6 Ounces Smoked Pulled Pork, Without Sauce
2 Green Onions, Sliced
1/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce
1/4 Cup Grated Mozzarella
1/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat barbecue grill on High.

While grill is heating, divide pizza dough in half and flatten dough into two rectangular flat breads. Brush tops of flat breads lightly with olive oil.

Place flat breads on grill over indirect heat oil side down. Brush tops of flat breads lightly with olive oil. Grill with lid closed for 3 minutes. Turn breads over and grill for another 3 minutes.

Remove flat breads from grill. Leave grill on.

Spread each flat bread with 2 tablespoons of the garlic sauce. Distribute 3 ounces of smoked pulled pork and one sliced green onion on top of each flat bread. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce over each flat bread. (I use my homemade sauce which is a fairly thin sauce. I keep it in a squeeze bottle with a pointy tip.)

Distribute 2 tablespoons each of grated mozzarella and grated cheddar on top of each flat bread.

Return flat breads to grill over indirect heat and grill with lid closed for about 8 minutes.
